How much does shipping cost?

If your order is over $45, then you'll pay absolutely nothing! Zero, nada, zilch. All orders over $45 include FREE shipping to most metropolitan and regional areas.

For orders under this amount, we charge the following shipping fees based on your location:

• Most metropolitan cities: $9 under $45
• Regional towns & cities: $14 under $45
• Remote areas: $29 under $45, $14 over $45
• Super-remote areas: Calculated at checkout

Please note: Remote and super-remote areas don't qualify for free shipping due to the extra challenges of getting your cozy Foozies to these locations.

How does delivery work?

You can expect your Foozies to be delivered within the following times from when your order leaves our warehouse:

• Most metropolitan cities: 2-4 business days (ON, QC), 3-7 business days (BC, AB, SK, MB)
• Regional towns & cities: 3-7 business days
• Remote areas: 5-10 business days
• Super-remote areas: 7-10 business days

When we ship your order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that while we send your order out as a whole, for larger orders we have a maximum amount we can pack together and your order may be delivered in multiple packages.

What counts as remote? Getting your Foozies to the far reaches of Canada takes a bit more time and care! We use live shipping rates for these super-remote postal codes, so you'll see the exact cost at checkout. If your postal code starts with any of these, you're in a super-remote area:

Sorry, we can't reach everywhere! We don't currently ship to Nunavut (NU), Northwest Territories (NT), or Yukon (YT).

Can't wait for your Foozies? We don't blame you! Select 2-day express shipping at checkout and snuggle your feet in a toasty warm cloud within 2 days*.

Available for most metropolitan cities, regional cities & some remote areas. Sorry, this speedy option isn't available for super-remote postal codes or PO Boxes - those cozy toes will just have to wait a little longer!

*Note: Orders placed before 1:30 pm Eastern Time (ET) will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1:30 pm Eastern Time (ET) will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.
